‘Love is for everyone’ was the overriding theme and message at Daisy Inclusive UK as they hosted their annual Valentine’s Day afternoon tea at its centre in Everton.
Specifically for its adult beneficiaries, Daisy Inclusive UK was alive with warmth, empathy and laughter as singer and entertainer Scott Johns delivered his repertoire of songs.
Organised by Daisy’s Barbara Kennedy, beneficiaries were treated to a selection of sandwiches, cakes and scones – all washed down with copious amounts of tea and coffee.
“No matter what disability you may have, everyone wants somebody to love and it’s no different here at Daisy inclusive UK,” said Ian Radcliffe, Head Chef at the charity.
“Everyone has had so much fun today and it’s great that we can put on events like these with the support of our partners and funders.”
