Sign the petition urging the Government to keep funding for our Mini SMILE Clubs

Daisy Inclusive UK is encouraging people to sign a petition, urging the Government to keep the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme funding in place beyond the end of this year.

This crucial funding supports Daisy’s Mini SMILE Easter and Summer Holiday Clubs, with the charity unable to provide these sessions free of charge without this financial backing. HAF funding is only guaranteed until the end of this year and it is unknown whether it will continue in 2026 and beyond.

Children aged 5-16 years of age attend our Mini Smile holiday clubs, with activities including inclusive sports, cooking healthy food, arts and crafts, day trips and the development of independent living skills.

Liverpool-based charity Daisy Inclusive UK, which helps vulnerable and disabled people across the region, strongly believes that all children should have access to safe activities and healthy meals during school holidays.

Our friends at Feeding Britain have launched the petition urging the Government to keep the HAF programme going. To sign the petition, click here.

Every signature matters and together we can all help protect this vital support for our children and the community.
