Inclusive Wellbeing and Sports Coach

Amy our Inclusive Wellbeing and Sports Coach develops and delivers inclusive sports and physical activity using reverse inclusion, were activities are designed with disability in mind and then none disabled people included.

Amy will develop a personal health plan which will cover exercise, physical activity and dietary advice and will run sessions in human physiology – Knowing your body and support them in monitoring their own health including weight and blood pressure.
